Whitespace Sign work in progress

I felt really inspired by the feel of the preexisting  sign in the front, so I’m looking for ways to capture the essence and aesthetic of it. 

bear in mind that this is just a prototype idea:

I know this is the only layout I have posted so far and the spacing isn’t perfect, but i’m still working on other ways to display the info.  Let me know what you think, I could really use your fresh eyes for help! I just noticed I forgot to put what days we are open…
